INCESSANT CHILD'S RIGHTS VIOLATION IN WEST AFRICA:

The researcher is of the view that children have rights legally and inthe light of Scripture which must be observed in every family and in the society at large. The children, as God¿s creation in His image with unlimited covenantal relationship with God should enjoy their rights as humans who shares in God¿s natural law, common grace and God¿s judgement. More so, the fact that God reigns and rules over all beings also empower their rights and invalidate any form of deprivation, inhuman treatment and abuse.
