Why have so many initiatives in the past seemed inconclusive? This new research uses an innovative problem-solving approach to analyse extreme racism and identify practical solutions. The analysis is informed by people who have directly experienced racism combined with contribitions from psycholgists and diversity specialists. The findings point to a need to focus beyond the classroom, and identify leadership as key. Future success in this vital area will rely on improving workplace behaviour and changing working cultures by developing a behaviorist and skills approach.
