Improvement of the wage mechanism

The expansion of the range of used factors of production and, accordingly, the differentiation of incomes from them determine the imperative nature of the optimization of production relations, the motivation of their development and ensuring the implementation of their functions. The latter, determining both the level of socio-economic and technological development of the country and the quality of life of an individual family, points to the dominant role of the human factor in the production (in the broad sense) process. The efficiency of realization of the human capital of an individual currently determines the efficiency of realization of other factors of production, i.e., the interaction of production factors is of interdependent nature. The condition for the effectiveness of this process is a decent level of personal motivation to carry out productive activity, one indicator of which is the amount of wages.
