Implementing Principles on Professional Learning

Little attention has been paid to understand the principal roles in developing professional learning.The collaboration of teachers and administrators are very important in improving students¿ learning. Professional learning communities are composed of members or groups of teachers, educators, administrators and other people who work together to raise and improve their educational and professional practice. Founding a professional learning community needs an important factor which is that teachers, educators and administrators should focus on learning rather than teaching. Furthermore the work should have been collaborative for the sake of getting the full benefit of those people¿s experiences and consequently to enrich these organizations with the advanced, scientific plans and approaches that should be applied to achieve the full success that all these foundations are looking for.
