Implementation of the Concept of New Public Management

The concept of new public management is a new governance paradigm in the public administration system that aims to make the public administration system more efficient and better in order to fully meet the demands of their users. The application of the concept of a new public management enables organizations in public administration to better organize business, rational business, increase the quality of service delivery to end users and continue implementation of certain structural reforms. When applying the concept of new public management, each state should take into account that the same concept includes a package of reform models, namely the Washington model, a management model through results, strategic planning, decentralization, citizen orientation, good governance and public-private partnership. In order for the concept of new public management to be implemented well, all reform models mentioned above should be implemented in a system of public administration.
