Implementation of Strategies and Control of Microcredit by Sobreend

This study seeks to implement credit control strategies to reduce over-indebtedness in order to improve and mitigate credit risk and identify control mechanisms in the granting of credit in the Cooperative and its impact on over-indebtedness. One of the strategies to reduce over indebtedness is the implementation of a credit factory, with the purpose of improving the socio-economic analysis of the credit subjects, who have fallen into default, as well as; for making adequate administrative decisions in search of positive financial results, such as growth of assets, liabilities and equity for the entity. Always safeguarding the integrity of the associates, the control of over-indebtedness will be under a faithful compliance of the policies, procedures implemented through constant evaluations with the purpose that the personnel in charge of the business area knows and applies the present proposal in a strict way and in this way contribute to the decrease of the over-indebtedness of the associates.
