Implementation of Professional Learning Community in Malaysian Schools

This book by Xiao Sai, a PhD candidate under the tutelage of Professor Dr. Saedah Siraj in the University of Malaya, focuses on the topic of professional learning community. Professional learning communities (PLCs) create an atmosphere to make the schools or educational organizations effective and flourishing. The core of professional learning community is continuous learning and student achievement, not simply to raise student achievement scores. The PLCs encourage tecaher learning for improving student learning and achievement and promote teaching concepts, pedagogical techniques, and inspire creativity and innovation in teaching.
