Implementation of LEADER approach in particular LAG

The aim of this monograph is to provide a comprehensive overview of the Leader approach, starting with the basics of the approach, through general characteristics to the current functioning in practice, where the author takes LAG LEV to present how Leader functions and to analyze on which way is applied in Republic of Serbia, which has candidate status for membership in EU. To get better picture of implementation of Leader approach the author describes the situation in two countries, one of which is the member of EU, in this case Slovakia and another one, which has candidate status for membership in EU, Serbia. The core of the book consists of analysis of the LAG LEV, so in that case the author got better evaluation of implementation of Leader approach, its steps, principles and objectives.
