This work presents the implementation of a prototype of an electronic meter, based on sensors and Arduino microcontroller in order to improve some deficiencies in the current system of measurement and control of water consumption used in Benguela.From an innovative point of view, it presents characteristics that aim to reduce the levels of waste and irrational use of water, and with great possibilities of implementing internationally used methods of management and data collection by telemetry.
