Implementation of an SAE within NSIA Assurances Congo

The document production of the production and claims departments of NSIA-Assurances Congo amounts to between 20 and 25 linear meters per year. The storage and conservation spaces for archival documents are too limited. They are so inadequate that it is practically impossible to store the mass of documents older than 15 years. The professional responsible for managing the archives is forced to file only active files in these premises. However, semi-active and historical files are stored in inappropriate locations. They are placed outside the stores and repositories, at the mercy of the weather, insects and rodents. It is to solve this problem of lack of space that the implementation of an archiving system and dematerialized management of documentary information within NSIA-Assurances Congo was envisaged.
