Tutoring is an Institutional strategy that Higher Education Institutions (HEI) have promoted through the Tutoring Program in the last two decades, in order to promote the integral formation of the student and assist in academic processes, and reduce dropout, dropout and failure. One of the main purposes is to enhance the academic activities of the students and to make this a fundamental concern in the Institutional development.
