Digital Republic was a program launched in 2016 by the government of the Dominican Republic as a short-medium term strategy that sought to produce inclusive and sustainable development through the use of new technologies, with concrete goals for the year 2020. At the end of its implementation, it is necessary to determine its real impact, especially in achieving the goals and targets of the National Development Strategy (END) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), so that the country has sufficient information to increasingly refine its national digital transformation strategy that leverages long-term national development based on technological adoption.
