Impact of performance-based funding

Performance-based financing is a systemic approach with a focus on results, defined as the quantity and quality of products and the inclusion of vulnerable people. The Division Provinciale de la Santé du Haut Lomami (Haut Lomami Provincial Health Division) has sixteen Health Zones that have contracted with the EUP FBP Katanga financed by the PDSS, of which 12 are control Health Zones and 4 are case Health Zones, of which we have targeted 12 case Health Zones. The work objective is to evaluate the performance progression of the contracting structures under funding based on the performance of the Haut-Lomami Provincial Health Division. Our study is a longitudinal comparative study, using documentary techniques, of the performance of health facilities in the Haut-Lomami Provincial Health Division.
