Impact of Foreign Direct Investment on Agriculture Sector in Zambia

This study gives background information on foreign direct investment on agriculture output in Zambia. The chapter also stated the problem statement, brings out the objectives of the study, the research questions, brought out the purpose of the study, as well as the significance of the study. The conceptual framework and the definition of terms were also provided. The purpose of this proposed study will be to investigate on the effectiveness of foreign direct investment on agriculture output in Zambia. This proposed study will be guided by the following general and specific objectives. General Objective : To establish the effectiveness of foreign direct investment on agriculture output in Zambia. Specific Objectives : i. To determine how much FDI goes to the agricultural sector in Zambia. ii. To establish how FDI affects agriculture output in Zambia. iii. To examine how government spending influences agriculture output in Zambia.
