Impact of Climate Change on Farmers

The findings of the present study would help to understand the impact of climate change on developmental parameters as perceived by farmers. It would also be helpful in understanding the constraints faced by farmers to follow adaptation and mitigation practices as well as their reaction towards it and would be useful for suggesting ways and means to overcome them. This study investigated climate change tendencies, its impact assessment, as well as local adaptation options and adaptive capacity of local people towards drought. Hopefully, the study can contribute with an analysis useful for agricultural production communities to respond climate change¿. It can provide useful information for policy makers for policy level micro planning.
