Immunomolecular Study of Transforming Growth Factor -¿1, Interferon Ga

This study was conducted to detect, the plasma levels of Human Transforming growth factor-Beta-1 TGF¿-1, Interferon Gamma (IFN-¿) and Anti Myelin Basic Protein (AMBP) by Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) technique, the prevalence of alleles and genotypes of gene polymorphism of TGF¿-1 and IFN-¿ conventional Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) with special sets of primers, the percentage of CD4, CD8,and CD25 marker within 48 hours by using flow cytometry technique and lastly distribution of Human HerepesVirus -6 type A and B (HHV-6A,HHV-6B) infection by Real time polymerase chain reaction RT-PCR was used for detection of viral(HHV6A,HHV-6B) nucleic acid in buffy coat of blood , in ASD patients compared to apparently healthy control individuals matched with their age and sex.
