The present study was designed to evaluation the immune expression of three immune markers in infected mice with candida sp. using immunohistochemistry technique, the sensitivity of the injected candidiasis in mice was tested against three antifungals (Fluconazole, Clotrimazole and Nystatin), and then the resistance and non-resistance isolates were compared and for this purpose, one hundred fifty Candida spp were isolated from 150 clinical specimens, which taken from different sources and from both genders (males and females), ranging in age from (10 ¿ 65) years all isolates collected from Baghdad / Al-Yarmuk hospitals during the period November 2017 to March 2018.
