HYDRODYNAMIC BASIS OF CENTRIFUGAL CLEANING

The monograph presents the results of investigation of physical and chemical substances of fibrous dust, basic aerodynamic regularities of coagulation and settling of fibrous particles in gravitational and centrifugal fields. The design equations for determining the rate of deposition of single and aggregate fibrous dust particles, necessary for designing high-efficiency dust-collecting devices, are given. The design features of the developed dust-collecting apparatuses for deep cleaning of air emissions of cotton-cleaning enterprises are described. Also results of researches of physical and chemical properties of oil-gas-condensate mixes, sedimentation of solid particles in gravitational and centrifugal fields are presented. The regularity of distribution of equilibrium solid mechanical particles of oil raw materials on height of a conical part of the hydrocyclone is established, according to which it is offered to execute a conical part of the device in an arc form.
