Human rights violations in the face of new technologies

The book talks about the violation of human rights in the face of the arrival of new information and communication technologies, the speed that this tool has known that we can no longer do without it and at the same time highlight the different advantages that digital technology brings us in the promotion of human rights and the disadvantages that this tool presents to those who do not master its codes.Thus, while analyzing some fundamental rights, although it is difficult to say exactly what these rights imply, they concern the information or part of our life which we can preserve the private character in the field of the telematics, of the audiovisual which allow to send or to receive information that they hold.As is the case in the Democratic Republic of Congo and in many countries of the world, the Internet poses important new challenges to the protection of human rights.
