Human resources management, in the broadest sense and in all its components, general company logistics, from office cleaning to archiving, security and printing, all these activities must be included in the auditor's work programme. As more and more functions are being codified and standardized, the field is constantly expanding: yesterday it was quality, today it is the environment. The Human Resources audit is a judgement on the quality of an organisation's human resources.The purpose of the audit is thus to draw up an assessment of a situation by also highlighting its characteristics, in the form of strong points, but also weak points, represented by the problems and risks arising from it, due in particular to lack of control.
