Some of the key aspects considered in this paper are analyzing some of its risk exposures and assessing the impact of the major strategic choices the bank has made. HSBC is one of the leading multinational banking and financial services organizations in the world. With the headquarters located in London, the United Kingdom, the bank has been operating around 7200 offices across 85 countries in the world (HSBC, 2011).
