He used to manage various resources but the ultimate and utmost resource we Human beings need to manage maybe it is one of the reasons why people say that managing machines is easier than managing people i.e., Human Resource plays a vital role as per the jurists of HRD, and since they are considered very important they have been observed as valuable indeed.
