HOW TO ANALYZE TRAINING IN GEOGRAPHIC AND ECOLOGICAL TOURISM

The offer of higher level tourism education, both technical and graduate, grew in our country at a very fast pace, particularly since the 90's. According to the Panamanian Institute of Tourism, it is to be expected that collaborators, executives and employees of the national or international tourism sector will be incorporated.The reality of tourism today shows the transformation of the sector which has become supply-based, to a model in which planning, operation and management of the activity is based on demand and the conventional model of the large tourist centres has been gradually (but not slowly) replaced by a more specialised structure which attends to specific, different and increasingly demanding demands in terms of the quality of the services they receive.Panama, which is called "bridge of the world, heart of the universe" due to its excellent geographical position, has based the development of its economy on the service sector.
