Hospital Accreditation For Nurses

There is concern about the health of the nursing professional and efforts have been employed in order to reduce accidents. These may be caused by several risk factors. The objective of this research was to identify the understanding of nursing professionals about the hospital accreditation process. We conducted a narrative literature review. Two broad categories were identified, the first of professionals who do not understand the accreditation process and the second of professionals who understand this process. This study is expected that actions can be implemented with professionals for a proper understanding of the hospital accreditation process, so that behaviors are changed and the act qualifies as well as publicize the work of nurses.
