HOLISTIC VIEW OF TELEWORKING

Talking about teleworking in current times, is equivalent to discuss, debate and analyze the notion of teleworking, which is extremely broad and, therefore, absorbs various definitions in this regard; however, we can say that teleworking is a subject that admits, at least, a double entry: on the one hand, the allusion to telework, according to the work provided by the teleworker; and on the other hand, according to the type of technology that is required; also; in its great majority, the definitions refer to telework as the work at a distance; the majority associates telework, with the use of information technology and telecommunication and in a different place and distant to the workplace; for its part, in Peru, teleworking goes through the conduct of an analysis, to know their implications and establish the levels of satisfaction that generate the employer but also the difficulties and satisfactions for the teleworker; in short, teleworking can be an opportunity to reduce social gaps, optimize time, energy and resources, so that such optimizations contribute to the care of the environment.
