HIV/AIDS and Worklife Balance Together

HIV/AIDS is now a major work-life issue in the labour force industry in Uganda and around the globe. It is regarded having assimilation to many other chronic illnesses like tuberculosis (TB), cancer and malaria extra and because its criteria of transmission from one infected person(s) to yet another healthy person(s) has often been associated with great stigma. The overwhelming wide spread effect of HIV/AIDS have often turned out to be extremely pressing on cross cutting communities around the world, with sub-Sahara Africa being the most and worst affected and vulnerable of all. HIV/AIDS has often meant significant break down in businesses, families and the work-life fraternity in the labour industry in Uganda and Sub-Sahara Africa.
