History of Medecine in Lebanon

This booklet entitled HISTORY OF MEDICINE IN LEBANON, presents a model of progression of Medical practice, from an archaic historic model to the current developed Science and Practice. The cover photo represents what used to be called "Moghrabis", a kind of medical practitioners who used to circulate in Lebanon in the 19th century, coming from North Africa with their Camels, and carrying different kind of herbs useful for pain and for many other medical conditions. Currently, Lebanon is well known for the famous and expert Physicians in the different medical domains; Moreover, Lebanon now is well known for his well developed medical facilities and medical equipment in the Middle East and Eastern Mediterranean region.
