This study was designed to induce haemolytic and blood loss anaemia in Rattus Rattus rats. Phenylhydrazine was used to produce a model of haemolytic anaemia and repeated bleeding provided a model of blood loss anaemia. And aimed at diagnosing two types of anaemia by the use of new potential biomarkers and clinical indicators to achieve the target applied various means as follows: 1. Measuring of Hemopexin and lactoferrin levels in serum. 2. Examining of complete blood picture and complete blood count. 3. Tissue sections for some organs of the body. 4. Bone marrow examination.
