One of the most dramatic type of advanced concrete is the flowing concrete that facilitate the casting of concrete in different forms and congested reinforcement members with little efforts. Besides, the concrete with controlled cracks or without cracks can be produced using fibers. Thus, many researchers have recently studied the effect of the stiff fibers or the combination of stiff and soft fibers to boost the best performance of such special concrete. This paper, shows the details of some previous studies that may help the researchers to create their own new researches by the virtue of this review study.
