Forests are living environments where many animal and plant species live. The forest managers always think that the forests are a national natural heritage that must be protected against all the imminent risks that threaten their productivity, their biodiversity and their ecosystems as a whole, especially the diseases.Forest diseases are of great interest to foresters. Once a forest species is attacked by a disease, it causes changes in its natural growth, shape or physiology and the productivity of the forest, which leads to forest dieback, meaning the deterioration of the sanitary state of the forest, which may subsequently lead to the death of trees. There are several classes of organisms that can cause disease: fungi, bacteria, insects and viruses.
