Health Commodities Management In Ghana: A Supply Chain Perspective

Managing Health commodities need a lot of skill and expertise and Africa and Ghana particularly has had her share of numerous Challenges. Recently Ghana is going through a crisis of shortage in health commodities because of inefficient management of her health commodities systems. The results are and have always been dire. This book looks at managing health commodities from a supply chain's perspective. This perspective emphasizes how we could have an efficient and a responsive commodities management system i.e a lot of waste is eliminated from the system as well as the system becomes sensitive to demand changes; the end results is always value created for partners in the supply Chain.
