Guide to Academic Legal Research

This guideline is for the purposes of doing a research proposal and the actual dissertation. It requires familiarity with the research methodology and legal method. It also builds upon the ability to do research that has been developed through the first three years of law school by conducting research for essays and assignment and programme which teaches observation.In every university, Legal Research is examinable subject to time and deadlines like all other courses. Failure to submit the required assessment on time in most universities results in a failing grade.
