Group dynamics to improve students' social climate in the classroom

Improving the social climate of students is of vital importance, since it allows the creation of an enriching space, where coexistence plays an important role for the development of social skills of students and therefore the affective development of the same, which is why it is believed that the implementation of environments that promote respect, companionship, and organization among students is desirable. This development will depend to a great extent on the support and interest of the educational system towards the students, on how this system helps in the social and affective development, otherwise it affects the integral development of the students of the educational establishments.
