This study to assess the granting of employment rights and its effects on employee turnover. The enactment of the National Labor Act 2003 (Act 651) alongside other local and international labor documents and the establishment of institutions to govern labor related issues in the country was a step in the right direction. However, the mere existence of these important regulatory documents and institutions is no guarantee that all labor related problems will be a thing of the past.
