Good governance of human rights in Morocco

In today's world, addressing the issue of good governance in the protection of human rights is essential if we are to truly promote and uphold human rights worldwide. It is undeniable that the governance reforms put in place play an essential role in the preservation of various rights recognized by national and international laws. Indeed, good governance promotes human rights in their entirety within a democratic context based on transparency, accountability, inclusion and participation, in order to guarantee the protection of all individual rights. The way in which states perceive the notion of good governance reveals its role in promoting human rights at national level. It is also clear that the international community is increasingly interested in the importance of good governance in the implementation of a variety of human rights and in sustainable development.
