Germany formal and non-formal agriculture training system

This book is about my participating in an agriculture exposure seminar on Formal and Non ¿ formal Agriculture Training.I have explained what Germany Government is doing in most of her training institutions. This has been done as per visit we, the participants, had in Bavarian state per day.Most of the countries globally, emphasize on practical farming knowledge through Agriculture Technology and Vocational Education Training (ATVET) to farmers, Technology and Vocational Training to students. In Kenya, Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) is being adopted. This is what I saw in Germany.A brief explanation has accompanied the photographs of the institutions, either practicing formal, non-formal or both (dual) systems.
