General Anesthesia is a controlled state of unconsciousness in which protective reflexes are lost. It is nearly three decades that general and dental rehabilitation under GA has been offered to pediatric population. Treating an uncooperative child, due to age or systemic illness, who suffers from severe general or oral diseases, is a challenge for Pediatrician and pediatric dentists, especially when extensive and complex treatments are needed.
