Gender Livelihood in Dryland Farming System - An Experimental Analysis

Over past decades livelihood of the dryland farmers turns to a big question of survival! This book helps us to understand the livelihood status of dryland farmers invariably both men and women farmers possessing farming at prevailing drought conditions. It helps to understand the basics, methods and concept to analyse gender, livelihood, technique involved in providing training. This findings helps to understand their present livelihood and solution for enhancement from present situation. The study also focuses on the awareness, adoption of dryland technologies through which we can understand the actual benefits derived by the farming community by adopting technologies. This will help us to formulate appropriate extension strategies and models with modules to promote dryland technologies and also helps in utilisation of developed ToT module to solve the issues in the dryland farming system.
