This book is an original research work that focuses on the breakdown of maize cob - an agricultural byproduct by fungi. The product FDCP formed was used to replace maize in the broiler finisher feed and fed to chicken. The effect of these feeds on internal organs including the kidney and liver of the chicken were observed. Economical implications was also determined. It was concluded that feeding broiler chickens with feeds containing 50% FDCP is both economical and safe.
