From competent to convergent education in the technosphere

The prerequisite for sustainable development of the technosphere is the availability of sufficient energy and raw material resources. Intensification of consumption and extermination of natural resources of the planet Earth leads to an inevitable resource collapse, the dominant trend in the evolution of world politics is related to the struggle for dwindling natural resources. The ruling elite has defined its vision of technosphere development with direct support of armed forces and replacement of military colonization by technological enslavement of the states. Ensuring of technosphere security in the XXI century has determined the relevance of transition from competent to convergent education in the development of technosphere.
