Franchise agreement

The author studies a new institute of franchising for Georgian Law alongside legal issues that concern a franchise agreement.The book involves data how franchising originated and gained a foothold in old Georgia.Apart from this,it includes a set of core issues that arise while applying to different models of legal systems and regulations in the pre-contractual stage.On the one hand the author is an initiator and makes suggestions for implementing legislation and regulations of franchising by combating several legal problems.On the other hand she accentuates newly adopted model law on information disclosure "UNIDRUA" that would be strongly recommended model contract for those countries that lack special law on franchising.This study will be appealing to practicing lawyers,legal scholars,as well as to commercial organizations and entrepreneurs.
