Forensic Entomology

Forensic entomology in Malaysia is relatively a new area of study as compared to other parts of the world. The post-mortem interval (PMI) estimation by entomological evidence is a useful forensic tool and should be widely applied in crime scene investigation in Malaysia. This invaluable book provides a concise introduction about forensic entomology in Malaysia and a basic understanding of the proper methods of collection, which will allow investigators to make accurate and representative collections from the death scene.
