However, constraints related to the development, circuits and performance of the marketing of food products constitute shortcomings that limit a better contribution of these markets to their respective communes. Indeed, the precariousness of commercial infrastructure, unstructured and informal marketing channels, the behavior of actors and commercial practices are weaknesses from which these markets suffer.
