Financial & Strategic Diagnosis for Insurance Companies

The fast-changing context, characterized by various important economic and regulatory changes, highlights the importance of financial and strategic diagnostics aimed at determining the financial health of the company through the calculation of a certain number of technical and financial ratios, in order to guarantee the company's sustainability and improve its position in relation to competitors. Given the economic and financial importance of insurance companies, as well as their technical, accounting and financial specificities, the aim of this modest work is to study the insurance sector in Morocco and to understand the importance of strategic and financial diagnosis, illustrated by a case study of a Moroccan insurance company.
