Financial instruments (FinI)

The book was intended identifying sustainable financial instruments for business consolidation. Consolidation is defined through measures based on synergy and solidarity that allow the improvement of economic mechanisms in the field of joint activities, but also by intensifying communication and collaboration between representatives of Romanian and European institutions (institutions involved in business policy development, institutions and employers as a representative of the business environment) to improve the stability of the economic and financial environment especially in the context of current challenges . The extent of financial intermediation and unconventional financing, cross - sectional analysis of digital financial technologies, financial policy instruments to ensure the harmonization of financial instruments, as well as the objectives of sustainable development of Romanian companies are among the priorities we will address in this work. We propose to present the impact of financial instruments at national and European level in the context of current global challenges.
