FINANCIAL CONTROL

The implementation of financial control over the use of local budgets ensures the efficiency and quality of financial management. The negative impact of the global financial crisis, which caused an acute need for budgetary savings, led to increased attention to the issues of public (municipal) finance management. There are many gaps in this area, both regulatory and legal, as well as methodological and methodological in nature. The theoretical justification of the possibility of creating a system of financial control of local budgets, combining municipal financial control and state audit, can improve the efficiency of financial control of local budgets, using the potential of the control and audit bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation.
