Financial and innovative methods of innovation evaluations for corporations

The research suggests a developed science based tool set for corporation finance management which is based on the elaboration of financial and innovative methods towards evaluation of the innovations within finance based relations of the corporations. Particularly, the following evaluation methods are implemented in the system of corporate financial management: innovations based on the synergy of form 4 (innovations founded under Oslo Manual) and financial report systems of corporations, financial and innovation potential, financial and innovation culture; in the system of corporate strategic management they are methods of evaluation for strategic factors of innovations development, i.e. information innovations and intellectual capital; in the system of risk management there is a method of evaluation for financial and innovation activities based on case modeling with attraction of special and a software developed by the author. The book is written with attraction of significant portion of analytic material and statistics on the existing corporations operating in the area of finance and innovations.
