Finance Regulation Under the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Fintech)

This research evaluates the regulation of Finance under the Fourth Industrial Revolution (FINTEC) and draws a case study of Blockchain Technology in Kenya. Blockchain is the most significant invention in the fourth industrial revolution. Despite being new, a substantial amount of literature exists on the blockchain. However, most of the literature shows how blockchain works while others focus on its application in various sectors. The available literature is, therefore, not analytical enough to enable policymakers to address the challenge posed by blockchain technology. This research, therefore, reviews various works of literature on the need to review ICT policies to cover blockchain technology.
