Female Emotional Intelligence: A Comparative Account

The present book is unique in the field of female emotional intelligence. The emotional intelligence was assessed among different types of women (sports and non-sports persons) from different degree colleges of Rewa City (all colleges were affiliated to APS University Rewa). The female emotional intelligence was compared based on some key parameters such as self-awareness (A ¿ Factor), emotional stability (D ¿ factor), integrity (F ¿ factor), self-development (G ¿ factor), value orientation (H ¿ factor), altruistic behavior using Hyde Emotional Intelligence Scale. The females sports person were found significantly more emotionally intelligent compared to females non-sports person. This book will serve as a reference book for the young research scholars around the globe as it will enables them with the basic understanding of the subject.
