Felidae in Xinjiang

This work is the result of financial aid as a special subject from Natural Science Foundation of China and the Division of CAS in Xinjiang''s during the period of the 1994-1996, 1999-2001 and 2006-2008 a collaborative effort between former Xinjiang Institute of Biology, Pedology and Desert Research, CAS, and Kazakhstan Zoology Institute. The Forest Bureau of Xinjiang and especially management of forest and wildlife officials assisted us in Urumqi. Also many local government offices such as Nature Reserve Office of Bayingolin, Aksu,Hotan (Hetian), Qarqan (Qiemo), Qarkilik (Ruoqiang), Niya (Minfeng), Sanji (Changji), Karamayle Nature reserve, Altai Kanas National Nature Reserve and Aksu Tomur Feng Nature Reserve etc help us.
